No, the Sonos One or One SL is not designed to be used as a TV speaker. The best you can do is connect an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K to your TV and play the audio to the Sonos One over AirPlay 2.

Thanks for your answer, now I understand that only adapting a system like TV HD or Apple TV 4K can I use my Sonos SL 1 on my Smart TV.
The problem for me is that I do not have either of these two Apple devices, but I do have an Amazon Fire Stick 4K and several Rokus 4k ... do these devices do the same?
Unfortunately, none of those devices have the Apple AirPlay 2 required to send a signal to the Sonos One.
Your best bet would still be to get a Sonos device designed to be integrated with a TV. Current devices are the Beam and the Arc, both of which use HDMI-ARC to get the signal from the TV into your Sonos ecosystem.
