I have two Sonos One Speakers and a Sonos Connect using an S1 app controller. I want to add a Sonos Move to this system using the S1 app so I can still use the Sonos Connect (older model).

During the set up procedure for the Sonos Move, I’m being forced to install the S2 app and there seems to be no other option. 
 

Any suggestions before I return the Sonos Move to the store?

Just return it man, get your money back and cut your losses

this forum is clear evidence Sonos have abdicated all responsibility for their poorly functioning systems and outsourced customer care to a bunch of well meaning fan boys.
