Hey all. We dropped our Sonos Move from counter height onto a concrete floor. No cosmetic damage but unsurprisingly, it now sounds terrible. Does anyone have an idea where I can send it for repair or am I better off buying a new one? Thanks

Sonos doesn’t repair or have any external repairers it recommends, as far as I know. Do you have accidental damage cover on your home insurance?
