I love my sonos system but it does intermittently skip songs half way through. Can anyone help, my diagnostic number is 1123397452.

when there is a weak connection sometimes the sonos system is disturbed and so it encounters cuts and various problems. Try to check if your system gets enough wifi and if it is not then try to fix it, it could work
I’ve changed the WiFi channel and tested the speed and it’s 35mbps I don’t have any issues with internet drop outs, could it be anything else?
