Sonos Breaks Network

Hi There
Cisco network, goes to a mini switch in room. As soon as I plug in a Sonos Bridge or Play 3 speaker the mini switch crashes and nothing thats on it can see the network. I have swapped the mini switch. I can not swap the main Cisco unit.
I have to reboot the mini switch and remove the sonos device to restore normality.
Please advise

Do you have more than one Sonos device wired? If so see here and here.

Nope. Nothing at all. New system. Doesn't matter what I plug in from sonos it immediately eats the switch. Have not even configured the system.

You plug in one Sonos device, power it up, and simply doing that crashes the switch?! What switch is it?

If plugging Sonos in crashes the network, sounds like it could be creating a broadcast storm. We will certainly need a little more information about the layout of your local network including make and models of the switches you are using. Thanks!
