Hi,

my yamaha speakers are connected to a chromecast audio dongle to cast music across the room. I would like to play the music simultaneously on my sonos beam.

I have tried to set up a group speakers in google home but cant include sonos speakers into it, same within sonos app (chromecast speakers not available).



Has anyone tried this before? Is it possible to do this setup?

No it’s not possible, to play and sync them together. You would likely need to buy a Sonos Amp, or a Connect and cable your Yamaha speakers to one of those. You can read more about those Sonos products HERE
