My TV and Sonos Arc are wall mounted over a natural gas fireplace, exactly where the previous owner of the condo (I just moved in) had his TV and Sonos sound bar. The Arc is 14 inches above the fireplace. There is no mantle protecting it from the fireplace heat. Does anyone know what is the heat tolerance of the Arc? The previous owner tells me that he never had any issues with his Sonos Arc and had used his fireplace a lot. 
 

Before I start using the fireplace, I’d like to know the heat tolerance of the Sonos Arc.
