Hi - I have an iPhone 11 which I use to play iTunes on a Sonos Move via bluetooth - it keep dropping the songs & reconnecting - any idea why? I do not have this problem with my iphone 6S.

I’d think it some kinda related to the interference that causing your Sonos move to disconnect with your iPhone 11.
When your playing music how far is your phone to the speaker, have you also tried a different phone perhaps?
Are you getting the same problem that Sonos move keeps on disconnecting even though you're connected to your own Wi-Fi network?
