Hello!
Play 1 about 5 years old never had issues until new broadband. Now after factory reset blinks orange, then solid orange then back to white. Uninstalled, reinstalled app etc as per other threads. Any ideas please?!

Is PLAY:1 wired or wireless? What model router are you using? Don’t waste your time Factory Resetting without further consult.
