any one know what is the Power cable’s material? is it recycled material?

I don’t recall reading any specification about this. There are legal requirements, mostly different for each region, that must be satisfied. I don’t know if recycled material would be consistent enough to satisfy the requirements. That said, we do find recycled material being used for food containers and there are consistency requirements in this application.
