I appreciate your effort in submitting the diagnostic, and upon checking, the system detected an error on the wireless card of the device and this could be the reason it is failing to connect wirelessly.

I suggest reaching out to Sonos Support to take a closer look at this in real-time. This would best be best discussed on the phone with our phone folks, as we can perform advanced troubleshooting, they can also provide you options and details if a replacement is needed.
