Hi there, acemikegreen. Thanks for posting and for sharing your diagnostic report number. The report mainly shows up how Sonos devices are communicating with one another. When it comes to problems regarding audio quality we may need a bit more information. Does this happen with a specific audio source or does this happen regardless of listening to TV or music? Does there seem to be a pattern to when it comes in and out?
