I’ve lost connection with my play and I cannot find it again

Try hooking it to Ethernet and see if it connects, mignt be a add radio,

If you hook it up to an ethernet it does work, but I want it on the Wi-Fi

Try the desktop app, it can find devices much more reliably than mobile.

 While connected to Ethernet make sure the WiFi radio is on for the Five.
