Had Sonos play 5 for a while. Stopped working on Wifi. At the moment using ethernet cable. When trying Advanced settings > wireless setup I get "wireless problem" message. Password and SSID are correct. Diagnostics number: 1318001570. Any help would be appreciated.
Play 5 works only on ethernet cable
