Was working fine via wireless for 2 years or so. One day disappeared from zone list and no lights on speaker at all. Tried a different outlet but nada. Is it toast? What's the warranty on a Play 5?
I think the warranty depends on your country. But your best bet is to call them directly, you can find a phone number at www.sonos.com/contact I've heard that they're outstanding in helping out. I don't want to promise anything, but I've heard that even if the speaker is out of warranty, they're pretty good. But you'll only find out what the possibilities are if you call, I've never seen them do that kind of thing on the boards.
