Hi guys, for no reason at all my play 3 has dropped off my network and now just has a continuos flashing white light, it's no longer recognised as being part of my network? I've tried doing a factory re-set but still no go, just a flashing white light all the time? Any help would be appreciated.

On Factory Resetting: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1107/kw/reset
Something is stopping the Play 3 from completing the boot process: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/227/kw/flashing%20white%20light#Flashing_White
Powering it down, letting it sit for a minute and powering it back up and then letting it sit and blink/think for ten minutes may or may not get you any results but is worth a try.
If it does finally boot you can re-do what you lost by the factory reset and should be back in operation. If not call Sonos and set up a replacement.

Hi Stanley, yeah I tried all those things already mentioned above, no luck I’m afraid. I’ve even tried the speaker hard wired direct to my router with the Ethernet cable but it still just flashes white light and won’t boot up.
Time to call support then and get a replacement device.
