What's the make and model of the TV you are using and what is the source of the TV ( Cable box, Apple TV, Inbuilt tuner etc) and do you have any issues with music playback?
Then could you post a
Diagnostic shortly after the issue occurs and reply with the number?

My Sonos set of play 1 and sound bar but not the bass are doing the same thing now, I believe it started after I purchased a new Samsung curved 4K television. Cable and internet provider is Google Fiber and has not changed.
