I have two Sonos Play 5 paired for stereo plus the Sonos Sub.  Is there anyway for me to connect these to play as a stereo pair plus sub to my TV.

You’ll need an analog audio output from the TV. Depending on the TV’s generation this could be a simple analog cable connecting to a PLAY:5. New generation TV’s usually have an optical output that will require a converter box to derive the analog signal.

Note that there is a slight delay on the analog input on the PLAY:5. You may, and I stress may, perceive some lipsync issues, but some people don’t. It’s 75 ms minimum, so it may be imperceptible to you.
