No light (No light) on play 1 after drop of a couple of feet to carpeted floor..
Sorry, I mistyped. I have no power after accidentally dropped my Play 1 to a carpeted floor. What can I do?
This is obvious, but have you unplugged the play1 completely and plugged it back in. As in, disconnect the power cord from the base of the unit? Could have come loose in the drop.
Sadly, that does not solve the problem. I suppose my Play 1 needs a repair, but I do not know where to turn for that.
Sonos doesn't appear to have a "repair" facility, authorized or other. Your best bet might be to call them and see if they can help you in some way. Phone number and hours are in the link at the bottom of this page "Contact us"
