No, and further, I suspect it isn’t currently possible with the electronics inside the Roam or Move. The current devices can only be paired with another of the same type while on a WiFi connection.

You could play both the L/R audio channels to two Roams, by simply outputting the audio from a dual stream BT transmitter - here is one such example that works just fine for me when travelling without WiFi:
