I have Sonos Era 100, is it possible to connect to it microphone like in the picture for karaoke?

 

No. See all the other threads about Karaoke’ lack of potentials.

There are two problems.  One, there's no way to mix the Line-In with other sources and two, there's always a 75ms buffer added to the Line-In, making it impossible to sync a live performance even if you could mix it in.  Never mind the fact that a microphone output is incompatible with the Line-In and would need to be converted.
