issue with era 100 not playing until pause/play. help

I recently installed several era 100 units for a client.   They are all connected to Alexa.  50% of the time when I tell Alexa to play something on a era100, I can see in the Sonos app the music change and start playing but I have no sound.   I have to press pause, play in the Sonos app for it to have sound.    It’s doing this on all the era100 units.    Any ideas?   Never encountered this before.

Hi @pjwinstalls,

If this is something you can replicate, then I would recommend doing so but instead of hitting play/pause in the Sonos app to start music, submit a diagnostics.

Once you have the reference number for the diagnostics, reach out to our support team for further assistance. They can look into the diagnostics and help troubleshoot this issue with you.

I hope this helps.

How are the Era's connected? Do all Era's behave like this?
