I’ve been using my Sonos One in Japan for the last year. If I move to the UK, would it be possible to use the device there if I replace the cable with the UK Angled Power Cable? Or are there differences with voltage/wiring internally in the device? Thank you.

Yes, the Sonos device is exactly the same, only the cable end is different.
