How to re-register some of my speakers to a different person / account ?

Under my Sonos account I've speakers at my home and weekend house. Now the weekend house has been sold and the speakers with it.
How can I de-register these speakers from my account so the new owner can register these under his own account? I've tried to search the support pages/community and have not been able to find the answer.

Factory reset the units. They will disappear from your account when the new owner registers them to theirs.
