Hi , have 2 already connected Sonos one Gen 1 speakers successfully via 5g Mesh.
Just purchased a new Sonos Ray and can't get it to connect to the Mesh whatever I do.
What are my advice options to sort out yjis problem please.
The Ray will be connected to the TV via optical cable.

Temporarily wire the Ray to your router with an ethernet cable and perform the setup process.
FYI… the Ray can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
