feature request: ability to turn off Roam from S2 app

Being able to use the app to turn off your Roam completely would enable a more wireless home setup.

I use this speaker as a bathroom device, would love to be able to leave it on/forget about it and then be able to hop in bed and shut it off from my phone and not wake up to a dead Roam in the morning.

Hi @llarsen, welcome to the Sonos Community, and thanks for sharing your thoughts with us!

The Roam should set itself to Sleep Mode after 30 minutes of inactivity, however I can certainly see that the ability to power it off remotely could be handy - I’ll be happy to share this with the team as a feature request :)

I agree.  This could be a workaround for the (many) complaints about it automatically turning on when app is accessed as well.

This is responsible for quite some battery usage. Maybe shorten the time?

Also turning off through Google assistant would be nice.
