Error Code 4

I keep getting error code 4 on one of my Play Ones. I have tried plugging it straight into the Ethernet but it won’t update.

There's a thread I found by googling that indicates that it shows that there's an error applying the update to a chip....have you tried power cycling the speaker? I'd certainly (for now) leave it wired to the router with an ethernet.

But if the power cycle doesn't work, I'd probably suggest that you call Sonos to discuss it.
