I ended up with my Era-300s sitting behind an inch high trim piece, didn't hurt the sound but didn't look great. As the stands here would be out of sight appearance wasn't a big problem, short, sturdy and a solid mount were though.
Looked at a number on Amazon and picked inexpensive ones, pretty quick delivery from Nancheng, CN but they are very well made and attractive. Several similar ones are available at varying prices and delivery speed.
