De-registering a Sonos One (with Alexa) to swap owner

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can de-register (or de-couple) a Sonos One (with Alexa) from my Sonos account, so it can be registered with a new owner?

To explain: I had a Sonos One and registered it to my Sonos account, and with the Alexa App. I have given it to my son and he would now like to add it to his own Sonos Account and set it up with Alexa on his own Amazon account.

I've managed to decouple it from Amazon no problem, but can't find out how to do this in my Sonos account.

One last point: The Sonos One is now in a different country (Netherlands) where my son is attending uni.

Any ideas?

Factory reset the unit. It will be removed from your account when the new owner registers it to their account.
