Can I connect Sonos Play:3 Speakers to my laptop?

Depends on what you mean by “connect”. You cannot cable connect them to your laptop to use them as computer speakers, but you can play music stored on the laptop using the Sonos app. See https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/add-your-music-library-to-sonos for this feature.
