Classical FM Toronto 96.3 is not working through tunein on my Sonos speakers

I have the same problem. It works on tunein app

Odd. When I try it on the TuneIn website, I get: This station is not available in your location.

Is it possible that your Sonos account is set up with the incorrect location?

It's probably geographically limited to Canada... if your Sonos system isn't registered to the correct country, that could cause a problem... if you have some sort of VPN that might identify you as being in the US, or somewhere else in the world, that could cause a problem... if for some reason their server thinks you're in the US based on the IP address that your internet provider assigns you, that could cause a problem...

Thanks, but I have registered the Sonos Systems correctly; I don't have challenges for other Canadian or Toronto stations. Classical FM doesn't show up when I search for Canadian Classical stations in the local Toronto default search nor does it show up when I search under Music, Classical Music > Canada > Toronto. Classical FM is our favourite stations we listen to it all the time so we are disappointed that we can't access it any more via Sonos. can anyone help?

If you know the stream URL, you can just add it manually: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/264/~/how-to-add-an-internet-radio-station-to-sonos

You need to use either the Mac or Windows controllers to do this.

Hi all, Classical FM 96.3fm in toronto appears to be working on Sonos again. Yay! I contacted the radio station to ask for the live streaming URL as rising star suggested. later today the it appeared back in the Sonos app. Thanks web world. We are happy once again. love classical music on Sonos. Sounds clear and perfect.
