I purchased a Sonos Era 300 and tried to pair it with my Samsung smart TV by Bluetooth; the TV find the speaker in the Bluetooth speaker list; and the message is Needs pairing, so I clicked and again in Pair and connect and after less than a minute “connecting”, it comes the message of the connection unsuccessful and ask to make sure the device is turned on; with the Era 300 turned on and ready to pair.
