Can't "move" Sonos One LH which shows as in "unmamed room" to existing system playbar,sub and RH in TV Room.

I have tried resetting to factory settings and spent so much time and frustration on this. It should allow me to disconnect the LH Sonos one from “Unnamed room” and allow me to add it in the “TV Room” ….. but no no no … 

What a nightmare of a system!!!
