Power cable or truly wireless?

the PLAY:1 requires a power cable as it doesn't feature a battery.

too bad since it’s name is ‘wireless speaker’
Wireless meaning speaker wires. I'm sure even without the power cable, there are more wires inside, so a truly "wireless" unit is probably impossible.
too bad since it’s name is ‘wireless speaker’You need to learn the difference between wireless and cordless. I have a cordless vacuum cleaner but as a wireless music player it sucks 🙂
