I got a Sonos black Play:1 for Christmas, registered it but it had to return it because it was meant to be a white Sonos one with Alexa.
I would like to know if it is possible to delete this speaker from my account please.

It really doesn’t matter if shows registered on your account. I assume you factory reset before returning. Either way when another person activated it then t will delete from your account.
I'm new to these devices so I didn't know to do a factory reset, we spent an hour trying to talk to Alexa before we realised it was the wrong one.
