If I buy a wireless bluetooth vinyl player can i stream that straight to my sonos set up?

No. You would need a Sonos unit with a line-in (Play:5, Connect, Connect:Amp).
To add to jgatie's response, Sonos has no bluetooth capability. It's a Wifi or ethernet device, connected to a router.
Well, i guess if you go for a play 5 you can use a Bluetooth receiver and connect it to the play 5 via Aux.
If you get one that just plugs into the line in unobtrusively, this may well be a neat way to do this too, where the turntable cannot be conveniently kept in wiring distance of the 5.
