We have a customer with a Play:5 that keeps beeping every few minutes when it's not being used. Any ideas what this could be or how to stop it? (alarms are not in use!)
Hello, Please use the attached instructions to run a diagnostic after hearing the beep from the PLAY 5 and send the confirmation number for the diagnostic. Also let us know the name of the player as it shows in the list of rooms. Have you tried to reset the PLAY 5 in question? If you haven't I would recommend trying to and see if the beeping goes away after the reset. You can use the second SONOS Answer to reset the unit after submitting the diagnostic. See if the beeping still is occurring please. I have the random beep noise, diagnostic 552819110 has been submitted.
I’m also having this issue with the kitchen speaker which is a play 5, diagnostic Your confirmation number is: 1100651540 submitted
