I have a Sonos One and a Sonos sound bar. They self -paired - without being asked.  App is supposed to have unpair option. It does not. How do I unpair?

Or do you mean that they are grouped together? If so, there is no way that would happen without some cause or other, for example the effect of Alexa groups.

Do you mean it added the One as a surround speaker (and is waiting for a second surround to be added)? Sonos won’t (unless something’s gone very wrong) let a sound bar “pair” with anything. It can only “bond” with some surrounds and a Sub.

There is a Remove Surrounds option if that’s what you need? Settings/System/roomname (where roomname is room with the soundbar
