Hi When i installed my beam yesterday Alexa worked fine. Today I got round to connecting the Beam to my TV - a LG UK6950PLB and the Alexa capabilities have stopped completely. I can both play music via the app, and listen to the TV through the Beam but the Beam does not respond to any voice commands.
I've tried deregesting the app and the device on my phone, and can control the the TV via a echo device in the my kitchen.

Is the mic switched 'on' on the Beam ... you should see a small light in addition to the LED light? Make sure you have not tapped it and switched it off by mistake.
