Hello everyone, I’ve been using Sonos for a while now, pretty easy to used once you get the hang of it. I recently discovered that for some reason even though my Apple TV seems to connect fine with my stereo pair of era 300 no sound is coming off from then, only from the YouTube app. Can anyone please help before I smash tthem To pieces

How are you sending the Apple TV sound to the Era 300s?
YouTube is stereo only, is the signal that you’re sending otherwise possibly not stereo?
Yes set the ‘Change Audio Format’ setting in the ATV Sound settings to ‘On’ and select PCM stereo and see if that resolves the issue. Also note that Sonos only supports Airplay-v2 (if that’s the chosen connection here) and any Apps still utilising AirPlay v1 may often not work, or may cause some playback issues.
