If I connect a Roam to a Ray sound bar can I use the Ray voice commands.

You could group them, so they play the same thing. If you have a voice system setup, and they’re both connected to your Wi-Fi, you’d just need to append the name of your Ray (I.e Sonos, play x from Y on the Ray), and that should work.
You can not set up a Roam, or a pair of Roams, as surround speakers for the Ray.
