We have 2 Sonos move’s but every day the are or OFFLINE, or just while playing just leave the system and go offline or BRIGHT orange light, and won’t go back. Only the MOVE!?!? we have over 12 play one’s and 3, never problems but the move…..

How is your system configured - Wi-Fi or Sonos Net? The Sonos Move will only connect via Wi-Fi, even if the remaining players are connected via Sonos Net. You may want to check which Wi-fi the Move’s are connected too, as it can now connect to either 2.4 or 5Ghz. 5Ghz, whilst faster, is not as good for penetrating walls etc. so you may be experiencing Wi-Fi interference.
