Whenever I ask voice control to play a song it plays a different one. I tried rebooting it but it still doesn’t work. If anyone knows how to fix it please share it with me!🤔🙏

Are you sure this isn’t a case where your voice is misunderstood?  Hard to tell without knowing what you asked for and what Sonos actually played.


Are you using something like Spotify Free? I seem to remember that does not let you choose the song you want to play directly.


@Ra677188  This can happen due to a few reasons. First, make sure your device's language and voice recognition settings are correctly configured. Also, try retraining your voice profile if your device supports that option. If the problem persists, consider clearing the voice assistant's cache or updating its app.
