Era speaker won’t identify any songs from Services or library.   Gustavo only replies. “Nothing is playing”. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the app or the S2 on the Mac.  Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it?  Not using Google or Alexa assistants

Are you saying that something is playing and Sonos voice doesn’t identify the song when asked?

Thanks Ken.  Been through that sequence several times.  Gustavo still can’t tell me what’s playing AND he won’t play anything from the library.   If I ask him to play an artist from the library he goes to Pandora instead.

If it’s your locally held library, you first need to add the playlist etc. to your Sonos Favourites - it can take 24 hours or so for SVC to register that favourite too. Note a local library cannot be set as the default music service for SVC - you likely have Pandora set as your default service in the App. The services supported are outlined in the link here:
