Hi folks,

I would like to say if with Sonos Voice Control I can directly ask to play music on a created group.

I’m trying but it is not working.

Something like: “Hey Sonos, play Manilla Road on Casa (name of group, I’m Italian :-) )

Casa is the only group I have.

Thank you in advance

Still not working. Better use “everywhere”. 😑

Hi, have you tried giving the group a more English name?

I tried by creating saved groups called ‘Casa’, ‘Kasa’, ‘Micasa’, ‘Mi casa’, ‘House’ and Sonos never understood. I’m not a native English speaker so that could affect it but other commands are picked up much more reliably so I’m not terribly convinced of the custom saved group names always being understood.

Pretty much the only saved group names I’ve gotten Sonos Voice to immediately understand are ‘Downstairs’ and ‘Upstairs’ by e.g. saying “Hey Sonos, play some jazz downstairs”.

The other group related commands work more reliably as no need to say the group’s name.
