SVC can't play deezer playlists

Hi,

I just subscribed to deezer and set it up with sonos voice control

It works fine to listen to a specific title, an album, or a public playlist but I can’t listen to my playlists (it says “the content canno’t be found”)

I tried everything including updating my sonos one, delete and reinstall deezer and even reseting my sonos and it still don’t work.

Has anyone have a solution ?

Hello @TriGolf, welcome back!

I am sorry to hear you are unable to use Sonos Voice Control to initiate playback for your own private playlists.

What I would recommend is to add those playlists as Sonos Favorites and wait up to 24 hours for the update on the list for SVC to occur.

I would also suggest refraining from Resets on your Sonos speakers as troubleshooting step, unless being told to do so by Sonos Support.

That is because valuable information that can assist in troubleshooting will be lost in the process of a Reset.

I hope this helps and feel free to reply if the above resolved your issue.

Hi,

There has been a new sonos update that somehow resolved the problem.
