Tried asking Sonos to play Smooth Radio and it doesn’t recognise it, ask Alexa, plays it no problem. Any reason?

Yes same here, perhaps Tune In and some non-Sonos radio stations are not (yet) supported by SVC particularly as this initial release has been geared towards the US market, but Sonos did mention more services were due to roll-out later. It’s clear the SVC service will continue to develop further with additional services, voices and commands being added.
