sonos voice not connected to music service

Hi,

I’ve tried Sonos voice new in France.

Configuration is ok, basic commands work very well on all my Sonos  
But when I try a command like « play Dire Straits in kitchen », all my Sonos answers something like this in french « sorry, Sonos can’t connect to your music service » Same thing for Apple Music, Sonos Radio, and Amazon Music.

Any idea to resolve the problem ?

Miracle : this morning, the issue is back. I’ve noticed issue with Alexa yesterday in Sonos statut page. Today, all is clear on this page. I don’t know if there is a link but all is clear now.

Have you selected a default music service to use with Sonos Voice Control?

Go to Settings > Services & Voice > Sonos Voice Control and select a default music service, then try again.

Good idea but I’ve already tried that. Same problem with each Music service set in default
