Sonos says I can not locate that. Please check your product names in Sonos app

So I checked the app and the speaker is listed. But the same is pretty much true for Alexa and Siri so why should I expect more from Sonos?

Further information would be helpful.

What speaker/room cannot be located? Did you use a custom room name which can take 24hrs before being recognised by SVC.

What was the voice command you used?

I reset the speakers that were giving me a problem and now everything works properly, so the problem has been solved.
