Have new Roam and enabled the Alexa Skill successfully and Alexa commands work beautifully. Should the Sonos Commands like “Sonos Play Music” still work?

Yes, but Sonos Voice Control must also be installed just as Alexa was. However, you’d need to say “Hey Sonos, play” if there’s something already queued, or “Hey Sonos, play some music” if not.
